Meet The Team 


Elizabeth opened the Joiner Law Firm, a holistic and relationship-focused law practice, to serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to families and their businesses. Leveraging her entrepreneurial personality, 10+ years in the legal field, and over 18 years of firsthand experience owning and operating small businesses (including a Race Team), she collaborates with business owners to develop innovative, practical solutions for managing the modern workforce, increasing profits, and protecting the business they have worked so hard to build. She also guides her clients through the often confusing maze of financial and legal decisions to create uniquely tailored estate and succession plans designed to ensure the well-being of their loved ones.

    Elizabeth earned her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law , graduating Cum Laude. She also attended the Honourable Society of Gray's Inn in London, England where she studied transnational dispute resolution and she graduated with her B.A. in Cultural Anthropology (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of West Florida.

    Elizabeth is  married to her husband Joshua, and she is the mother to Ryan, Jacen and Jayden. When she isn’t serving clients or at the dirt track, Elizabeth spends her time traveling, craft beer tasting, camping, and enjoying the beach. 

A lifelong resident of the Florida Panhandle, April spent over 20 years as an educator in Santa Rosa County schools. She dedicated her career to helping students and families thrive and now, she brings that same commitment to serving our clients. She is married to Chris, also a Santa Rosa County educator, and together they have four children. Her roots in the community run deep. She is ready to help guide you through every step of your estate planning journey. She understands the importance of protecting what matters most - your family, your future, and your peace of mind.

    April earned her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education (K–6) from the University of West Florida, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She also holds an ESOL Endorsement and a Micro-Credential in Elementary Literacy.

  • About Me

    April is married to her high school sweetheart, Chris, and is the mother of Tucker, Corrie, Avery, and Rosalie. Her life is centered on faith, service, and creativity. She enjoys attending church, teaching children’s classes, and mentoring youth through service projects. April is also a passionate baker who loves creating cakes and desserts that bring joy to others.

Based in the Philippines, Ailyn is a remote legal and marketing assistant who supports the firm’s daily operations. She works closely with attorney and staff to keep systems organized, communication clear, and work moving forward. Her role includes legal technology support, internal coordination, and client focused marketing.

    Ailyn earned her Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education with a strong academic foundation in Social Studies and is a duly licensed teacher. She previously worked as a high school educator, developing strong skills in communication, organization, and working with diverse communities. She also brings experience as a remote assistant supporting medical, nonprofit, and legal organizations, along with additional studies in corporate management and international studies that support her work in legal operations and marketing.

    Outside of work, Ailyn is actively involved in her faith community, where she serves as a lead Sunday School teacher and advocates for nonprofit and nongovernment organizations focused on supporting children. She is married to Ram, a professor, and together they are raising their two children, Izaiah and Ramiah.

Born and raised in the Florida Panhandle, Erin has strong ties to the community she proudly calls home. Family has always been important to her, and she chose to build her life and career here so her children could grow up close to family and lifelong friends. Erin enjoys working with the same families and neighbors who make this area such a special place to live.

    Erin earned her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with an ESOL focus from the University of West Florida. Before joining the firm, she spent 20 years as an elementary school teacher in Escambia and Santa Rosa counties. During her teaching career, she was recognized with a High Impact Award for student growth. Her background in education helps her explain information clearly and support clients with patience and care.

  • About Me

    Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time with her husband, PJ, an aviation mechanic, and their three sons, Cooper, Carrston, and Conner. Their family stays busy with sports, band, and school activities. Erin loves trips to the beach, visiting Disney with her family, and cooking and baking at home. She enjoys meeting clients, listening to their stories, and helping families feel comfortable and confident throughout the process.

A longtime resident of the Florida Panhandle, Angie has called this area home for more than 40 years. Raised in upstate New York, she moved here with her parents and chose to remain as an adult, building strong roots in the community she serves today.


Before joining the firm, Angie worked in property management. While that role provided valuable experience, she was seeking work that felt more fulfilling and people focused. In her role as Community Outreach Coordinator and End of Life Doula, she enjoys connecting with individuals and families, building trust, and helping others feel informed and supported during important moments.


What Angie enjoys most is meeting new and interesting people and being part of conversations that truly matter.

    Angie earned her Associate of Arts degree from Chipola College in Marianna, Florida. She is also a certified End-of-Life Doula, reflecting her compassionate approach to supporting individuals and families through life’s transitions.

  • About Me

    Angie is married to her husband, Ted, and together they have a blended family of four children and eight grandchildren. Family plays a central role in her life and shapes how she shows up for others.


    Outside of work, Angie enjoys hiking and backpacking, camping and bicycling, and spending time baking and reading. Her personal and professional experiences guide how she serves the community, with empathy, patience, and care.

Joshua leverages his extensive experience in the motorsports industry to support racers, race promoters, and motorsports businesses with their diverse business needs. Inspired by his early experiences growing up in a grassroots racing family, Joshua has dedicated his life to motorsports. His deep passion for the industry drives his commitment to fostering growth and success at all levels of racing. Joshua began his career in motorsports as a journalist covering everything from dirt track racing to NASCAR before transitioning to event operations and management. He now owns and operates his own motorsports businesses, including a race team, a racing series, and a live streaming platform.

    Joshua earned his  B.A. in Communications from the University of West Florida and studied in the Integrated Marketing Communications masters program at the University of Florida.

  • About Me

    When not at a racetrack, Joshua enjoys spending time with his wife Elizabeth and their children Ryan, Jacen and Jayden. The family travels often in their RV, visiting campgrounds across the country. Joshua also enjoys sports, particularly Florida Gators Football and international soccer.

Our physical office is located at 5559 Woodbine Road, Pace, Florida. We work in-office, so we are always in the office.

Meetings are by appointment only.


We also serve legal clients throughout Florida and business consulting clients virtually across the USA.
