We are expanding our services to include probate and post-death administration and looking for an experienced Estate Planning and Probate Paralegal to help lead that growth.

This role goes beyond traditional paralegal work. You’ll help shape how our firm delivers estate planning and probate services across Florida. Your experience and ideas will guide the development of systems and processes that strengthen how we serve our clients and support our growth.

• Draft estate planning documents in WealthCounsel and assist the attorney with high-quality legal work
• Manage probate and trust administration cases from start to finish, including filings, deadlines, and client communication
• Help design and refine systems and workflows for our expanding probate department
• Serve as the in-house resource for estate plan drafting
• Assist with client signings and notarizations
  

• 3–5+ years of paralegal experience in estate planning and probate
• Strong understanding of Florida Probate Rules and the Florida Courts E-filing Portal
• Experience using WealthCounsel or similar drafting software
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Business Suite, Lawmatics, and Lexis or Westlaw
• Licensed notary (or willingness to become one)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A proactive mindset with a focus on improving systems and creating structure
